This is my go-to company for garage doors and I have used them multiple times now. This morning a spring broke and the guy turned within 1 hour, replaced both springs and carried out a full service within 45 mins. Very good, efficient service which has been my experience each time I have needed their help. Wouldn't consider using another company.

This company has the most amazing customer service. From the ability to book online, follow up phone call and replacing our motor. Our 18 year old motor was making a terrible noise and now it is super quiet that we can hardly hear it. Thank you for your outstanding service. It was really refreshing.

The lovely friendly receptionist worked around our busy schedule to book in a time, fantastic
they came early the next day.
They were so professional and friendly.
They reassured us they could fix it with out the expense of a new door.
They adjusted the chains and replaced our roller door motor.
They even put up a large wall mounted switch in the garage and we got 2 new modern

Poor communication. Absolute waste of my time.
I was given appointment 11am , and the technician should arrive between 11-11:30am on Tuesday as per appointment confirmation email. I took my morning off-work just to wait and meet the technician to get my garage door fixed. I waited till 12:15pm, nobody called or turned-up. I can understand that 1+/- hour time for the appointment window. Then I made contact with admin office , and was informed that the technician couldn't make it for that day , he was so busy. If they would have informed me if it was unlikely to keep the appointment for the day

We highly recommend this company as they have extremely well trained staff. We had Darren install a new motor at Bray Park this morning. Darren has great knowledge and is a pleasure to have at your home. Very efficient, knew what he was doing and a great person to get along with.The price was good as well. I notice that there is only a 5 star rating because my son and myself would certainly give Darren and the company a 10 star if we could and but we will certainly recommend your company to other people. Thanks again for a great job.

A tech came in to fix a faulty cable and in the process changed/reset my garage remote code without me being aware of the same. Next thing, the spare remote in my car is now disabled. In spite of calling innumerable times, they have refused to help me out in sorting this. They now claim that it’s my own fault!! And that they will happily send someone over and charge me another call out fee for their oversight !!! So disappointed in the company and their after sales service!!!! Now will have to pay someone else to fix my issue 😩

I had 2 x large roller doors installed 3 years ago to my man cave with Merlin motors, the workmanship and products were of very high quality.
Recently I had a new motor installed and servicing done to my garage, the motor is that silent and the door runs smoother than ever before. Now it doesn't wake the house when I leave early mornings to work, or sneak in late at night. Darren and the team at BRD are simple that good old fashion down to earth service that go above and beyond, highly recommended.
