For the first time at our 3-family residence, we had mice. We tried another exterminator and were unhappy that the mouse population was increasing and nothing they were doing was working. I asked Best Pest Control to give the situation a 2nd set of eyes and they were terrific. They arrived with a different way of going at the problem and, although mice can be difficult to get rid of, we saw results quickly. I thank Rich at Best Pest Control. Not only did he do a great job, but he kept my tenants feeling confident that the problem would be solved.

10/10 for this company. Quality, honest service is more important that anything to Best Pest. I had a small invasion of ants in my basement recently. I was out of town and my tenant called to tell me. She was very upset! I got in touch with James @ Best Pest and he asked that my tenant bring to his shop a sample of one of the dead ants. My tenant did exactly this. After an examination of the ant, they turned out to be innocent "citronella ants". James said they would be gone by the end of the day, and they were! I asked how much I needed to send him, and he said "no charge". This is service I have

I called Best today about a Yellow Jacket nest under my front door. They were very friendly and put me on the schedule for this Friday. Low and behold, as son as I hung up, the bees were entering my basement. I have two little kids who were scared to death. I called back and asked if there was any way they could come out today. Sure enough, the owner called right back and within 20 minutes a very kind and calm employee came to my home to treat the nest! He listened to my sons fears and put them to rest with his explanation of the process. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We had a contract with them to help us mitigate a rat problem around a house in somerville. They were not bad people just never helped the root problem, kept cashing my monthly check though. I paid them monthly for a year and half, maybe two years. When the rats found their way into my house, that was it. I called a competitor and had the house mitigated of any potential entry points, was a one time fee and my issue was gone. The neighborhood still had rats but none were on my property

Don't know why Google would post someone complaining about an employee issue instead of rating company's service. Does not seem fair. I have used Best Pest Control twice in last 4 years for mice issues at two properties. They were responsive and responsible and more affordable than the first company I called. And they have twice referred me to other companies for other issues that they don't handle, which I very much appreciated. I would use them again with no reservations

Worst company ever to do what you did to an employee. It is called wrongful termination. It was a he said issue and just because he's been there 5 years you take his word over another employee, no proof on what that person was telling you that my son stole a magazine. Mind you he has plenty of money. Plus he waits a week to tell you what happened and you expect somebody to have a cash receipt for a week in their pocket. My son came to his interview on the day and a few hours before he just had give CPR to his grandmother and they pronounced her dead. He was so excited, happy, loved this job espically
