At Jay's Air conditioning we believe our mission statement tells a lot about our company "Give us the problem, and we will give you the solution". We are dedicated to you, our client, and getting the job done right the first time. We don't believe there is a job that is 'too hard' or that 'can't be done' we are a forward thinking company and won't give in until a solution is given.
We understand that in a Commercial environment air conditioning is critical that it be attended to fast. You can't have function rooms getting hot in important meetings, or staff going home for ANY reason let alone because the air conditioning system is down. Jay's Air offers a unique approach to each company and can be there within 24 hours of complaint to its contracted clients if needed, most often same day where possible.
When our company comes to you, we offer a full service to your machine, this insures that your air conditioners vital components are kept good working order for a longer period of time saving you money in the long run. We can fix any problem you have big or small and we do it with little fuss and a smile on our face!

Was strung along for 3 weeks given excuses of broken phones & accidents. Told just before summer & Christmas he's not coming at all. Now stuck as no one else can fit me in, thanks to a month of waiting for nothing from Jay. His reply shows he doesn't think twice about lying, as pictured. Seeing how many other bad experiences people have with him make me regret ever wasting my time on Jay Air conditioning.

He came out when he said he would, explained everything and provided the pros and cons of each option and did a great job. Clearly an experienced and professional operator. Used Jay's for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the level of servuce. The fact that Ben invited us to view the perfirmance monitiring and gave detailed explanations was fantastic. While our system is not operating at 100% efficiency - age related- Ben was quick to advise that it might not be ecconomical to try and bring the iold system uo to peak perfirmance Very much appreciated.

Ben was very professional. Keep us informed of his movements to arrive at the appointed time. We had issues with our ducted a/c unit and Ben thoroughly inspected the unit and made minor tweaks to the system. It is now operating very efficiently. Ben also ran us through the system and advised of the best way to maintain system. Would highly recommend this company for air conditioning repairs and servicing
