Services
Utilising different colours formed into chosen designs it can produce individual, modern and stunning results in areas that compliment any home, commercial premises, or to enhance any landscaped area. Concrete coloured this way is advantageous for architectural design, enhancing exposed aggregate, and the latest trend of polished concrete flooring.
C.I.A's most versatile, hard wearing, decorative concrete finish. Originally designed to beautify existing old concrete, Topcrete has evolved as another alternative for new projects. The design and colour combinations are limited only by imagination. You can of course utilise our extensive range of stencil patterns, incorporate your company logo, or create your own design.
C.I.A manufactures and supplies a wide range of sealers to cover most applications. Ranging from high quality, economical, solvent based acrylics, to natural finish penetrating sealers to long lasting commercial grade polyurethanes. C.I.A sealers can be applied by broom, brush, roller, or solvent resistant sprayers.
A solvent resistant broom is the most effective way to apply the sealer at the right thickness, but rollers or sprayers can be used too. A sealed concrete surface can become slippery when wet. We recommend the use of CIA Antislip additive to generate a fine sandpaper feel to the coating, especially on steep driveways and walkways, and around pools.

I can't speak highly enough for Trevor. I went in there not knowing anything about how to colour concrete, and I left feeling confident and fully informed of my options and which was the best solution. For my application, he didn't upsell me, he very honestly told me I didn't need the most expensive option. I am very very impressed!
