Ian, one of the tradesmen from Nicholas Wilshire Plumbing called out to replace a shower rail system in our main bathroom. He was friendly, efficient and tidied up after himself. He also showed up when he said he would and he didn't need to be asked to remove his work boots on the carpet! And... the new shower works a treat!
