I locked my car keys in the boot of my car on Magnetic Island early in the new year holidays as we were about to catch the car ferry back to Townville. I rang Will at 9.30 AM and he contacted Holden , got the key code, cut a key and had it on a ferry to the Island by 12 pm. We got the car open and got the next ferry. Super efficient , no fuss and great pricing. We cannot thank Will enough for getting us out of a very stressful situation. Highly recommend.

I want to give a massive shout out to these guys. From the moment I made a call enquiring about getting some deadlocks installer, right to the end of the job Nathan was so polite and professional. Had to phone a out of hours mobile locksmith tonight when one of the door locks at work failed. Lovely young chap answered the phone and was finishing up another job but said he’d meet me there in 40 mins. He arrived SOONER than he said he would. Sorted the problem quickly and effectively and will be back tomorrow to replace the lock. Not often you find tradies these days who turn up when they say they will! Problem SOLVED!🔑

I am an interstate visitor, staying at a camp ground 30 km north of town. Went in today to have spare keys cut for the door of my custom-built camping trailer. As the very kind gentleman in the shop was not sure if the key he cut would fit (due to a very uncommon shape), and i didn't bring the trailer, he refused to take payment. Said i should come back and pay only if the key fits! Such excellent service and faith in humanity! It does fit, and I'll return tomorrow to pay my debt and have two more cut!

I had Jim Roberts Locksmiths rekey all my locks to a common key. They were great from the start, offering to do it the same day I called if I wanted. The two locksmiths who arrived were on time and well presented. They went out of their way to do the job right and my locks now work better than ever. They even sorted out a few padlocks for me, despite it being a last minute request. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a locked filing cabinet, the key to which I'd lost. They managed to open it for me on the spot in less than a minute. As the lock was a simple one, they didn't charge me for it. The locksmith mentioned that he figured I would probably come back if I needed something major done. Very impressed with their service and honesty. I hope never to need a locksmith again but if I do I'll be going straight here.
